Dr. Haitham Jabbar, is an iraqi engineer owns PHD degree in communications engineering, has many achievements in his academic history including researches. His talk was about IT communications, signals , frequencies and the noise of Cell phones.

Mr.Jabbar clarified also many  typical difficulties we face when we use our phones and explained the shortest ways to fix them.
