“iraq’s marshlands are the first mixed serial international heritage in the world”
Dr. Ali Abdalzahra Allami  is talking about listing iraq’s marshlands in the world heritage list of the UNESCO
he has a Phd in bioscience. he worked hard to inlist iraq’s marshlands as a UNESCO world heritage site since 2007,and became the head of the national committee , he kept supervising and working on the project even after the delay in 2011-2012 due to the economic crisis at that time and the lack of funding so that he can save iraq’s heritage. finally his and his colleagues hard work has paid off when UNESCO listed iraq’s marshlands in their world heritage conference.
