As TEDxBaghdad 2012 main event approaches, the events begin rising up in the last 3 weeks prior to it, and in this occasion TEDxBaghdad team would like to offer details for local and international media regarding how to participate in documenting one of the largest events in Iraq.
Media representatives and journalists are required to fill this form in order to be able to participate in covering the event, and to help in making an official badge for journalist/reporter in order to facilitate his work.

NOTE: This is not a form to attend the event, it is a form that is mandatory for any media that aim to cover the TEDxBaghdad event in 22/10/2012, without it you can NOT cover the event.
